Welcome to This Week’s Groove

Last Friday, April 10, something shifted. SIPS & SOUNDS officially launched, and it was everything it needed to be and more. The room was alive, people were vibing, the wines were flowing, the menu delivered, and the music sat exactly where it needed to sit. It was not just a good night, it was a signal. A signal that what we have been building online has a real place in the physical world, and that people are ready for spaces where music, wine, and culture are experienced with intention.

Now we move forward with that same energy. This week is about momentum after impact. Three streams, three different DEEP Dives, and three opportunities to stay connected to the sound. JAZZ Wednesdaze on April 15, GET Funked on April 18, and BEANS & BEATS on April 19. Different genres, different moods, same purpose. This is where the movement continues to grow.

🚨🎧 We’re Live on SonixFM, and the Momentum Is Real

BEANS & BEATS It’s A Jazz Thing continues to grow exactly how it should, steady, intentional, and rooted in real listening. Our most recent session reached between 715 and 890 live listeners, with more cycling through across the full broadcast, and that kind of growth says everything. People are not just tuning in, they are staying, engaging, and building a relationship with the sound.

This is what happens when curation meets consistency. No visuals. No distractions. Just time, space, and music that is selected with purpose. The 1000 to 2000 consistent listener target is no longer a long term vision, it is right in front of us. And the best part is we are getting there the right way. No shortcuts. No noise. Just real listeners who value the experience.

SonixFM continues to prove that audio first listening is not only relevant, it is powerful when done properly. The momentum is real, and the foundation is strong.

Spaces That Matter

There are rooms in this city that are not just places you visit, they are places you feel. The lighting, the sound, the pace, the people, everything comes together to shape the experience in a way that stays with you long after you leave. These are the spaces that align with what Love Music Love Wine stands for, intentional environments where conversation flows, time slows down, and the moment actually matters.

This week, lean into those spaces. Make the reservation. Stay longer than you planned. Bring someone who understands that the right room can completely change your mood and elevate a simple outing into something memorable. These are not just locations, they are part of the culture.

🍷🌸 SIPS & SOUNDS: SIP INTO SPRING WINE TASTING

Friday, May 8

7 PM

$50 per guest for guided tasting experience

SIPS & SOUNDS returns with Sip Into Spring, and this next chapter is about freshness, discovery, and stepping deeper into the wine experience. This evening will feature a curated lineup of spring wines, including Rosé, Beaujolais, Loire Valley selections, and crisp refreshing whites that reflect the energy of the season. The featured region for the tasting will be revealed very soon.

The $50 cover applies only to guests who want to take part in the structured wine tasting experience, which includes a welcome pour, three additional wines, guided exploration with a sommelier, and charcuterie. The full MUSE menu remains available for guests who want to enjoy wine by the glass, cocktails, and food at their own pace without participating in the tasting.

This is about choice. You can lean into the structured experience or simply come for the vibe, the music, and a great glass of wine. Either way, the room is built for connection, conversation, and discovery.

🎨🎷 What’s On Dre’s Mind | Jazz and Abstract Expression

There is something about Jazz and abstract painting that feels connected at a level that is hard to explain but easy to feel. Both exist without strict boundaries. Both rely on intuition, movement, and the courage to explore without knowing exactly where the end point is. Improvisation in Jazz mirrors the brushstroke in abstract art, each decision made in the moment, each layer building on the last, each expression open to interpretation.

Why do they sit so well together? Why does a saxophone solo feel like a line drawn across a canvas? Why does a free flowing piano passage feel like color spreading without constraint? There is a shared language between the two, one that invites you to listen differently, to see differently, and to think differently.

This is where questions begin. Where ideas open up. Where there is no single answer, only interpretation. And maybe that is the point. Maybe the connection between Jazz and abstract art is not something to define, but something to experience. Something that asks you to slow down, engage, and allow yourself to feel without needing everything explained.

🖤✨ Final Sip

Last week showed us something important. When the right people come together in the right room with the right music, something shifts. SIPS & SOUNDS was not just a successful launch, it was proof. Proof that this movement is ready to exist beyond the stream. Proof that people want more than background music. Proof that intention still matters.

Now we move forward with that same energy. The streams continue. The community grows. The rooms get stronger. And Love Music Love Wine keeps evolving into something that feels complete, something that feels real, something that people want to be part of.

This is not about hype. This is about building something that lasts. One session, one room, one connection at a time.

If you have been part of this, you already feel it. If you are just stepping in, you are right on time.
