Music has been my life’s companion. I’ve learned, loved, appreciated, and collected it for as long as I can remember. Along the way, I’ve built a deep respect for DJ culture—the gear, the styles, the techniques, the endless creativity.

I get joy from watching great DJs work. The ones who listen to the crowd, adjust the energy, and create a seamless vibe with smooth transitions and thoughtful selections. Those DJs don’t just play records—they guide experiences.

🎧 What Makes a True DJ?

If you’re going to put DJ in front of your name, you need to ask yourself:

• What are you doing?

• Why are you doing it?

• Who are you doing it for?

It’s not just about scratching, juggling, or tricks. Those things have their time and place. At the core, it’s about respecting the audience, keeping people moving, and building a vibe that flows.

Don’t play for yourself. Play for the people.

For me—it’s different. I follow many of those same principles, but I’m not committed to the culture in the same way. So I don’t add “DJ” to my name.

Like music, wine is about discovery and variety. That’s why I rarely repeat bottles—I want to keep learning, tasting, and expanding.
