On Friday, May 8 at 7 PM EST, SIPS & SOUNDS: SIP INTO SPRING returns, inviting Toronto into a space where music, wine, food, and community come together in a way that feels natural, effortless, and real.


Hosted by Andre “Dre” Herbert of Love Music Love Wine, this experience is built around intention. The music is selected with care. The wines are chosen with purpose. And now, the culinary experience adds another layer that completes the night.


Inside MUSE Bistro & Bar, the atmosphere will move with depth and warmth. Dre will guide the room through a rich and soulful soundtrack of Jazz, Funk, Soul, and Blues. This is not background music. This is music that shapes the energy, sparks conversation, and carries the night forward.


Complementing the wine and music is a menu crafted by Adam Kurgan, whose approach to food brings creativity, balance, and seasonality to the table. Each dish is designed to enhance the experience, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy not just a glass of wine, but a full evening of flavour. From beautifully prepared plates to thoughtful pairings, the food at MUSE becomes part of the story, adding richness and depth to every moment in the room.


Guests can experience SIPS & SOUNDS in their own way. The $50 guided tasting offers a curated journey featuring a welcome pour followed by three wines, led by a sommelier and paired with charcuterie. For those who prefer a more open experience, the space welcomes you to come through, order from the full menu, explore the dishes created by Chef Adam, and settle into the atmosphere at your own pace.
